About the job

As a risk expert in the Financial Risks department, you will work to identify and analyze market and liquidity risks that arise at banks, as well as review banks' risk exposure and risk management. You will participate in investigations and analysis projects and also work on managing, compiling, and analyzing reported risk information and data. You will also contribute to developing the use of data-supported analysis in Excel and information systems.

In your role, you will collaborate with other experts within the market and liquidity risk unit and contribute to many of the group's responsibilities. You will gain a good overview of the capital and liquidity regulations that banks must follow in the area and evaluate how banks meet the requirements in practice. The position involves close collaboration internally, both within your own unit and with other departments at FI. You will also have the opportunity for external contacts with other authorities and companies under FI's supervision.

Your education and experience

We are looking for someone who

  • has an academic degree in business administration, engineering, or a similar field
  • expresses themselves well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

It is advantageous if you

  • have relevant work experience from, for example, a bank, credit institution, or financial authority
  • have practical experience in managing market and liquidity risks, for example, through work in Treasury/finance functions or in risk control/risk management
  • have good knowledge of information systems and analytical tools such as Excel and Refinitiv.
