About the Position
We are looking for someone with previous experience as an Administrator for a government agency in Södermalm, Stockholm. As an Administrator, your main tasks will involve purchasing and orders along with invoice management and various conference planning. You will be placed in the IT department, the Unit for Collaboration and Support, where you will provide close support to the managers of the IT department.
The following tasks may also occur in this position:
- Manage administrative routines
- Plan and coordinate
- Work according to established routines
- Provide operational support for the organization
- Handle many contacts with employees and the public
- Perform simple calculations, compilations, and diagrams
- Manage calendar bookings, meeting arrangements, and travel planning
Assignment Period and Scope
The position of Administrator is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on 2026-03-16 and is expected to last for four months with the possibility of extension up to 1000 hours.
The work will primarily be carried out at the agency's office in Södermalm. Remote work will be possible to some extent in consultation with the responsible manager.
Requirements for the Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Very good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
- At least three (3) years of work experience as an administrator/assistant
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

About You
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with previous experience in similar tasks. You work proactively and have strong communication skills. Being flexible with a positive attitude and good collaboration skills is a given for us.
