We are now looking for a structured and dedicated Backoffice & Sales Support Assistant who wants to work closely with our sales and brand team in a dynamic and creative environment within beauty.

In this role, you are an important support function in the organization and work both administratively and operationally. You help ensure that our sales team has the right materials, that master data is correct and up-to-date, and that presentations and materials maintain a high visual and commercial standard.

Responsibilities

• Create and update presentations for the sales team and customers
• Manage and update master data (items, prices, product information, etc.)
• Administrative support for sales and back-office functions
• Coordination and follow-up of internal processes
• Ensure structure, order, and quality in documentation and systems
• Contribute with a commercial and visual eye in materials related to our brands

We are looking for someone who

• Is structured, meticulous, and self-driven
• Has good administrative skills and enjoys working with details
• Is accustomed to working in the Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Has an interest and passion for beauty, brands, and presentations
• Understands the importance of materials being both accurate and visually appealing
• Thrives in a role where you support multiple functions at the same time

Meritorious

• Experience with master data, business systems, or similar
• Previous work in a coordinating, administrative, or sales support role
• Experience from retail, FMCG, or the beauty industry
