ABOUT THE ROLE
As a staffing coordinator, you will be part of one of our rapidly growing staffing teams, where you provide important administrative support and contribute to ensuring our consultants and clients receive Sweden's best service. In this role, you will have a clear focus on payroll and documentation management, where accuracy and structure are crucial to ensure correct compensation and high-quality delivery.
Payroll and contract management
Scheduling
First contact with potential consultants
Staffing crisis shifts
Consultant care
Booking of consultants' accommodations and travel
Other administrative support to the staffing operations
FORMAL REQUIREMENTS For the position, we prefer that you have documented experience in administrative work and/or staffing or recruitment. Education in personnel management is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is your personality and the desire to improve everyone's everyday life within the future of healthcare and health.

ABOUT THE SELECTION PROCESS
Hiring will take place as soon as possible, and selection is ongoing, so please return with your application as soon as possible! In the first stage, we will have a phone interview followed by a personal interview at our office for candidates who proceed. All our final candidates will complete a test case in the last stage of the hiring process. Before hiring, we also always check references.
Start: As soon as possible
Scope: Full-time
Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 with one hour of flexible time.
Employment form: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period
Location: Stockholm
