We are now looking for an engaged Quality Coordinator who wants to be a central player in our operations and contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Support in ordinary housing is the municipality's own provider of home care services and part of the department for Elderly and Disabilities. We consist of fourteen home care groups and an alarm and night patrol, together making up about 550 dedicated employees, including fifteen unit managers, one deputy area manager, and one area manager who work every day to provide our clients with the best possible care.

Within support in ordinary housing, we also have Operational Support consisting of an accounting assistant, two schedule planners, and an administrator. We are now looking for a quality coordinator who can support the units in quality work and further educate employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of quality coordinator, you will have a dynamic and multifaceted work role where you actively contribute to the development of future elderly care. Your tasks will include both administrative duties and development and change work, which you will carry out on behalf of the deputy area manager.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Support managers in systematic quality work
• Work on various development projects
• Plan and conduct training and workshops
• Work with statistics and environmental monitoring
• Act as a link between different units and other stakeholders
• Represent the area in various networks and contexts
• Support the area manager in achieving set goals

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a strong drive to develop elderly care, and to succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A university degree in a relevant field, such as social work, behavioral science, or another equivalent education
• Experience in operational development, quality work, and driving improvement projects within the public sector
• Good knowledge of legislation and regulations within social services and elderly care
• The ability to lead workshops, training, and change processes in an inclusive and inspiring way
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to create good collaborations
• A structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple processes simultaneously
