We are collaborating with a growing Payroll Consulting Agency and are now seeking a sharp subcontractor in HR/Payroll who wants to take a central role with one of their larger clients in Stockholm.

This is an assignment for you who enjoys structure, systems, and collaboration – and who thrives on being the hub between multiple contact points.

About the Assignment

You will work with a client with approximately 15 employees in Stockholm (part of a larger organization of about 80 people). The client has recently changed payroll systems and now needs to strengthen with the right expertise to establish structure, routines, and working methods moving forward.

You will be a key person in the transition and ongoing work.

Responsibilities

Establish and quality assure routines within HR and payroll
Support the client who has recently implemented a new system
Act as a link between the client's managers and the outsourcing company
Coordinate and communicate with contacts in the Nordic countries and the Baltics
Ensure smooth payroll processes and good structure

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in qualified HR and payroll work
Has good knowledge of payroll systems
Is structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented
Thrives in a coordinating role with many contact points
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

Additional Information

Start: Immediately
Scope: 50% initially, with a good opportunity to increase to full-time
Duration: 6 months to begin with
Possible extension: Up to 1–2 years
