Athene Tax is growing and looking for a Team Leader responsible for international customer relations and establishing operations in Sweden. In close collaboration with VIEW Group, which provides accounting, payroll, and specialist support, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and ensuring quality and progress in assignments.

• Customer relations throughout the establishment process

• Production for international clients in close collaboration with VIEW Group

• Monitoring deadlines and quality of delivery

• Registrations and formalities related to company start-up, taxes, and employers

• Coordination of employment contracts, commercial agreements, and contact with lawyers

• Ongoing KYC follow-up and documentation

• Building structures, work methods, and routines in the establishment phase of the Swedish operations

You will report to the Managing Director of Tax Sweden and have overall operational responsibility for customer relations and delivery. The role entails a clear responsibility for organizing the customer flow, addressing questions, and ensuring that production runs smoothly on a daily basis.

This role suits you if you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You will be the hub between international clients and VIEW Group's specialist team, creating security through structure, communication, and close follow-up.

The role has room to be shaped based on your background and strengths, with the goal of building a stable and customer-focused delivery function in Sweden.

You are not expected to be a specialist in all areas, but you have sufficient experience in accounting to understand the delivery and contribute when needed. You are used to managing multiple parallel processes in a customer-focused environment.

You express yourself professionally in English and build trusting relationships with international clients. You work in a structured manner and have a clear customer focus.

The position is full-time and you will be based at our office in Stockholm. The role offers a flexible arrangement with the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely. You will start according to agreement.
