The Administrative Court in Stockholm is a modern and development-oriented workplace with dedicated employees. Job Description
At the Administrative Court, we have a centralized case management office that includes registration, department offices, archives, and a switchboard. The case management office employs court administrators, archivists, archive assistants, switchboard officers, case managers, deputy case management heads, and the head of case management who has overall responsibility.
We are now looking for temporary switchboard officers for our switchboard this summer.
As a switchboard officer, you have the important task of directing phone calls to the right person and seeking and providing answers to inquiries from callers. Our switchboard team provides service to 16 courts across Sweden and answers about 5000 calls a week.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a high school education. Experience working in a switchboard or with many external contacts via phone in a government agency is an advantage.
We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service, a positive person who contributes their engagement to the group's collective work. You are used to working at a fast pace without compromising quality, you have good judgment, and a professional approach.
You have good computer skills and strong language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We place great importance on your personal qualities and will therefore include testing as part of the recruitment process. Work samples may also be part of the recruitment process.

Prior to employment, background checks may be conducted.

The employment is temporary from June 8 to August 15, 2026.

Salary: Monthly salary. Individual salary setting applies.
