About the position We are looking for an Administrator for our client in Solna! In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the planned training program for 2026 as well as performing other administrative tasks for the department and unit. Primarily, this involves planning, executing, and following up on the training sessions within the approved training plan 2026 for the unit. This means maintaining contact with speakers and participants before each training session to prepare the venue, possible catering, following up on finances based on invoicing for completed training sessions (venue, materials, catering), and collecting participants' feedback through surveys after completion.

Colleagues you will support are located throughout the country. In this role, you will report to the head of the project office. Stakeholders are mainly within their investment operations, geographically placed across the country. The role includes contact with managers and employees at all levels.

The position includes the following tasks:
  • Provide administrative support to other employees in the company, including the program leader, such as meeting scheduling & note-taking during meetings
  • Prepare presentations, meetings, and other reporting materials
  • Overall follow-up of the program
  • Project support regarding finance & time and resource planning
  • Document management & access issues
  • Data compilation
  • Risk management within the investment program
  • Business and program development
Assignment period and scope:

The position as an Administrator is a full-time consulting assignment starting on 2026-04-06 and is expected to last until 2026-09-30.

Requirements for the position:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Work experience with similar tasks as mentioned above
  • Good knowledge of IT systems, such as MS Office
  • Able to plan, coordinate, and be structured to meet commitments in line with the approved training plan
  • Customer-focused to build good relationships with the colleagues we support and the trainers who train for us
  • Adaptable to match changing needs in different situations
  • Business insight to follow up on the financial implementation of the training plan
