Technical Communicator Wanted at Combitech in Stockholm

Combitech in Stockholm is looking for an engaged and driven technical communicator with at least a couple of years of experience in creating clear, structured, and user-friendly technical information. Your Role as a Technical Communicator

The role of a technical communicator with us means that you will be responsible for the creation, updating, and supplementation of target audience-adapted technical documentation, such as assembly instructions, system descriptions, user manuals, maintenance manuals, and spare parts catalogs, in close collaboration with technical expertise. In this role, you will also contribute to the development of work methods and processes.

The work is carried out independently or in teams, either on-site with clients or from our office in Alvik. Our clients are primarily in the defense industry but also in the automotive industry, medical technology, and other high-tech industries.

Who Are You?

You have a technical education and at least a couple of years of experience as a technical communicator. You master topic-based writing and are used to working in CMS as well as with standards such as S1000D and STE. Experience from the defense industry is highly meritorious.

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, self-driven, and structured in their work approach. You enjoy collaborating, easily build new relationships, and have a communicative and attentive demeanor. Additionally, you express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

As the position may involve work subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security screening with a background check.
