About the position Do you want to be part of an engaged and service-oriented team? In the role of Service Manager with us at E-Way, the well-visited service center in Skärholmen Centrum, you will be the face of the company and create positive experiences for both visitors, customers, and employees.

With a professional and warm approach, you ensure that every visit is as smooth and pleasant as possible. You offer assistance with everything from simple inquiries to more advanced service – always with the customer experience in focus. In this role, you will work both administratively and physically to deliver high-level service!

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handle mail and package deliveries

  • Work in a logistically efficient manner

  • Welcome and guide visitors

  • Manage contact with suppliers and shipping companies

  • Support communication via the center's social media

  • Be responsible for service matters and daily administration

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the service offering

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a natural sense of service and approachability

  • Is flexible, self-driven, and enjoys both physical and administrative tasks

  • Has good communication skills and is attentive to different needs

  • Likes to take responsibility and be involved in developing work methods

  • Ideally has experience with package handling and/or logistics

Requirements for the position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Previous experience in service

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite

  • Completed secondary education

About Employment Employment: Permanent with a six-month initial probationary period Employment rate: 100% Start: Beginning of March Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:30-17:30, every other week 12:15-20:15 and every other Saturday 09:45-14:45.
