About the Role

As a registrar, you play a central role in the organization's handling of incoming and outgoing information. You work to ensure that documents are registered, organized, and made accessible in accordance with applicable regulations. The work takes place on-site at the authority's premises.

Your main responsibilities include:

Ongoing registration work

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Registration and filing of documents.
  • Dispatching decisions and other documents.
  • Managing functional mailboxes.

Document and case management

  • File creation and archiving of registered documents and cases.
  • Retrieving information about ongoing and concluded cases.
  • Gathering statistics on cases as needed.

Service and communication

  • Contact with employees and the public when disclosing documents according to the principle of public access.
Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in administrative work.
  • Experience from the public sector, preferably an authority.
  • At least a high school education, preferably supplemented with relevant post-secondary or academic education.
  • An interest in working with document and case management.

About the Employment

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a consultant at OIO.

  • Start: March 2, 2026.
  • Duration of assignment: January 18, 2027.
  • Scope: Full-time, 100% on-site at our client's premises.
  • Location: Central Stockholm.
  • Compensation: Fixed monthly salary.
