Customer Service Representative for Fast-Growing Pension Company

Are you passionate about service and want to work in a team where community, development, and quality are in focus? Then this could be the role for you! SJR is now hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client, one of Sweden's fastest-growing pension companies. This is a consulting assignment starting immediately for an initial period of 6 months. For the right person, there is the possibility of extension or a direct employment offer from our client.

About the Position

Here you will have the opportunity to be part of an engaged team of 6 people where customer satisfaction is always at the center. The role suits you who thrives in a communicative and varied everyday life, where you help customers and partners with inquiries and issues via phone, email, and messages.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer and partner contacts via phone, email, and messages
  • Provide professional and personal service in all customer meetings
  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to the company's products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a high level of service
  • Contribute to improving routines and processes for an even better customer experience

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with approximately 1-3 years of experience in customer service or other service-oriented work, preferably from the banking, finance, or insurance sectors. You have a complete high school education and express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience working in digital systems and with multiple parallel cases is considered an advantage.
