Do you want to help build Sweden's most modern golf experience? At NordicaGolf, the Nordic feeling meets precision measurement and craftsmanship in our new retail concept in Sweden.

We are looking for a Custom Fitting Specialist who is passionate about helping players find the right equipment – and who enjoys switching between the fitting studio, store, and workshop.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Conducting custom fittings using modern technology and in-depth product knowledge.
• Actively working in the retail environment and contributing to an inspiring customer experience.
• Creating a local experience for our customers – from the first contact to the delivered club.
• Building trust through personal service and genuine passion for the game.
• Working in our golf workshop with customization, service, and club construction.
• Being part of a team that develops our new concept across the Nordics.

Who we are looking for:

• Has a strong interest in golf and equipment.
• Has experience in custom fitting, sales, or workshop work – but most importantly is your curiosity and willingness to develop.
• Is social, meticulous, and genuinely engaged in helping golfers play better golf.
• Thrives in an environment where quality, knowledge, and feel are at the center.
