About the Job Do you want to work in a role where you have the opportunity to develop while enjoying an attractive salary model?

We are now looking for driven salespeople for our office in Solna – close to both commuter trains and Mall of Scandinavia.

As a salesperson at SuperB Group AB, you will contact private individuals by phone and offer electricity contracts or broadband services. We collaborate with Sweden's and the Nordics' largest electricity supplier as well as several of the country's most well-known telecom brands. This gives you strong products and good conditions to succeed in your role right from the start.

What We Offer: Base Salary + Generous Commission A fixed base salary based on your experience, as well as a commission model with the potential for very good salary levels.

35-Hour Workweek Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:15 Friday: 09:00–16:00

25 Vacation Days Per Year

Development and Community Continuous training, coaching, and ongoing follow-up to support your development. We also organize after-work events, sales competitions, sales trips, and team activities.

Wellness Hour 1 hour of wellness per week.

Scope: Full-time

We Are Looking For You Who:

  • Is communicative and service-oriented with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships

  • Has a strong drive and is motivated to achieve set goals

  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish

  • Has sales experience (meritorious but not required)

Employment and Start: We apply a 6-month probationary period that transitions into a permanent position. Start dates are ongoing by agreement.
