Sales Customer Service Representative – with a passion for service and sales

About the role

As a sales customer service representative, you are the voice of the company outward. You assist our customers with their inquiries – but you don't stop there. You see opportunities. You identify the customer's needs, present smart solutions, and drive upselling that benefits both the customer and the company.

You will:

• Handle incoming calls and emails with a high sense of service
• Actively work with upselling and needs analysis
• Present relevant additional services and products
• Work towards clear goals – both individual and team-based
• Be driven by influencing your own salary through commission
