Citedo is a leading IT service provider that helps small and medium-sized businesses with IT solutions, printing, and conference technology. With over 80 employees and a local presence in several locations, Citedo aims to become the best IT service provider in Sweden.

We are now looking for a driven and business-oriented salesperson with experience in Information Management, ECM, and DMS solutions or other software sales within B2B.

As a salesperson in Information Management, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and existing customers by building long-term customer relationships and driving the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. You will work with modern information and document management solutions that create clear business value for our customers.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Active new customer acquisition and prospecting
  • Manage and develop existing customers
  • Sales of solutions that help companies streamline and automate their document and information management.
  • Conduct customer meetings, needs analyses, and presentations
  • Drive and follow up on deals throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaboration with technical specialists

As a salesperson in Information Management at Citedo, you will have the opportunity to work closely with companies and organizations to understand their information flows and business processes. You will help customers streamline their operations through modern ECM and DMS solutions, while also gaining insight into how organizations work with IT, printing solutions, and conference technology.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with documented experience in B2B sales who thrives in a role where you can drive business, build relationships, and create business value for your customers. You have previously worked with sales in ECM/DMS, Information Management, or related software solutions and have a good understanding of how customers' business processes work. If you also have experience in selling invoice management solutions, we consider that an advantage.

As a person, you are self-driven and enjoy taking responsibility for the entire sales process – from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals. You work in a structured manner, are results-oriented, and are motivated by achieving set goals. At the same time, you are a strong relationship builder with a clear business drive and the ability to create trust with both new and existing customers.

You also have the ability to work both strategically and operationally, where you can switch between planning and developing business in the long term and actively working in daily sales tasks. The role suits you if you want to combine business development, customer dialogue, and sales in a dynamic and forward-leaning environment.
