🌿 Medical Operations Manager at Din Psykolog

Din Psykolog is a growing digital healthcare provider with the vision of offering accessible and high-quality psychological treatment as a natural part of primary care. We are currently in a phase of scaling up our operations – and we are looking for a Medical Operations Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for the daily operations of our psychology organization.

This is a role for you who is confident in your leadership, enjoys structure, and gains energy from creating order, stability, and effective processes in a personnel-intensive organization.

💡 About the role

As Medical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of our healthcare services. You will lead 4–5 Clinician Managers who in turn are responsible for approximately 90+ psychologists and psychotherapists. The focus is on translating decisions and priorities into a functioning everyday life, stable delivery, and a good work environment.

You will work with:

• Leading and supporting Clinician Managers in personnel issues, work environment, and daily operations
• Ensuring effective scheduling, capacity planning, and staffing
• Being responsible for the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
• Managing HR issues related to employment types, contracts, absences, and terminations
• Tracking and reporting KPIs related to operations, availability, and productivity
• Evaluating and developing HR, scheduling, and personnel systems
• Driving improvement initiatives that simplify everyday life for both managers and practitioners

We are looking for you who is a confident, self-driven, and trust-building leader who thrives in operational roles with significant responsibility. You are used to working in personnel-intensive environments and feel comfortable making decisions, prioritizing, and driving your area forward. You build relationships through presence, clarity, and consistency – and you are comfortable both supporting and setting demands.

We believe you have:

• At least 2-3 years of formal management experience
• A background in personnel-intensive operations
• Good knowledge of HR issues and basic Swedish labor law
• Experience in scheduling, resource planning, or similar operational management
• Good system skills and an interest in processes, structure, and data
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Experience from organizations undergoing change or growth is considered a merit
• A background in healthcare is not a requirement - relevant leadership experience can be gained in various industries
