Job Description

We are looking for an HR Specialist.

In this role, you will be the point of contact for several managers and provide operational support across the entire HR area. You will answer questions about terms, provide advice on personnel matters, and support managers in difficult conversations. You will also handle contacts with employee organizations and contribute to ensuring that managers feel secure and clear in their employer role.

Mandatory Requirements

• You have experience working as an HR specialist providing managerial support.
• You have experience from the public sector.
• You have HR education or equivalent experience.
