About the job as a recruiter:

As a recruiter with us at Jefferson Wells, working with our client in Södertälje, you will play a central role in driving several parallel recruitment processes - primarily within blue-collar. You will work independently with screening, structured interviews, and selection, while closely collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a professional candidate experience. The role suits you who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible, and can easily adapt to changing needs.

Common tasks include:

• Conduct screenings and hold structured interviews.
• Drive multiple recruitment processes in parallel.
• Support and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Document and work in recruitment systems and tools.
• Contribute to improvement work within Talent Acquisition.

The candidate we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has experience in recruitment and enjoys a role where you can combine structure, pace, and creative problem-solving. You are confident in making decisions, have good communication skills, and are used to working independently. To succeed in the role, you need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to read situations and people.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter.
• Has experience in recruiting blue-collar roles.
• Has experience from the manufacturing industry (meritorious).
• Has good familiarity with screening, assessment, and interview techniques.
• Speaks Swedish fluently.
