We are looking for a Receptionist & Office Coordinator for one of our clients in Stockholm, starting in early April. This is a perfect role for someone who is social, driven, and enjoys having a central function in the office. You will be an important part of the business and responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and well-functioning work environment.

Here, you will work in an international environment alongside engineers and colleagues from different parts of the world, which means you will use both Swedish and English in your communication on a daily basis.

About the role

As an Office Coordinator, you will have a varied and active everyday life where you are responsible for reception and office services while broadly supporting the business. The role involves a lot of movement and contact with colleagues, which suits someone who enjoys being active and helping out where needed.

Tasks include, among others:

  • Staffing the reception and welcoming visitors

  • Handling emails, phone calls, and general office matters

  • Supporting colleagues with practical and administrative questions

  • Ensuring that the office is representative and well-functioning

  • Managing mail, deliveries, and ordering office supplies

  • Administering parking and related permits

  • Assisting with events, meetings, and conferences

  • Assisting with new/terminated employment (SIM cards, access cards, etc.)

  • Contributing to a pleasant and professional office environment

You are expected to take initiative, solve problems, and independently follow up on issues to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is social, confident, and service-oriented

  • Has a proactive work approach and enjoys taking responsibility

  • Is solution-oriented and willing to find answers when they are not immediately available

  • Thrives in an international environment

  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Has a valid driver's license (B)

Previous experience in service, reception, or office administration is a plus.
