About the position At Wrknest, we are currently looking for a part-time Talent Sourcer for a project with our partner at their office in central Stockholm. This role is suitable for you who are studying HR or behavioral sciences, have at least 1.5 years left of your studies (graduation no earlier than summer 2027), and want to gain valuable work experience in an exciting company! They will work for a global consulting firm specializing in software quality assurance, where their services are based on proven methods combined with AI-generated insights to create attractive user experiences. You will be part of their Talent Acquisition Team, working closely with colleagues and becoming part of a wonderful, supportive team where you work towards several regions and cities in Sweden, thus being responsible for the entire recruitment goals of Sweden!

Your future tasks

As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for proactively searching, identifying, and attracting high-quality candidates. You will build and maintain a talent pool using various recruitment methods and tools. In addition, recruitment administration and assisting with other aspects of the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews, will also be part of your responsibilities. In close collaboration with colleagues, you will ensure they have access to the most suitable talents to meet their recruitment needs. We are looking for you who

• Are studying HR or Behavioral Sciences

• Will graduate no earlier than summer 2027

• Can work at least 16 - 20 hours per week

• Have experience in service or administration

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

We consider it a merit if you have

• Interest in technology

• Previous experience in recruitment/HR
