You will conduct treatment conversations and have a special responsibility for documentation and the forms and instruments used in treatment. You will collaborate with various functions regarding mapping, establishing, and following up on treatment plans. The role of treatment coordinator also includes an additional responsibility for mentoring new employees and interns. An important common mission for all employees is to contribute to creating a safe environment and ensuring that safety in the institution is maintained according to procedures.
