About the position

At Perido, we are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist for our client, a well-known player in the automotive industry. You will be based at the office located in Södertälje.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for independently driving and coordinating recruitment processes, primarily within the blue-collar segment. The role involves managing several parallel processes from job requirements to placement, in close collaboration with hiring managers. The work encompasses the entire recruitment flow, including selection, interviews, candidate dialogue, and administration, as well as ensuring quality, structure, and efficiency throughout the process. The role is part of the Talent Acquisition function and contributes to the development of working methods and processes within recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and be responsible for the entire recruitment process from start to finish
• Conduct selection, phone screenings, and structured interviews
• Manage multiple parallel recruitment processes simultaneously
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements, selection, and decisions
• Ensure a uniform and professional candidate handling throughout the process
• Document and administer in the recruitment system
• Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and working methods

Your qualities

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of work experience as a recruiter
• Experience in recruitment within blue-collar
• Experience in selection, evaluating, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience in recruitment within the manufacturing industry

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-06-30. Start 2026-03-16.
