Do you have extensive experience in recruiting senior executive roles within the public sector? We are now looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who can lead and execute the appointment of a strategically important executive role in urban development and new construction.

This is an assignment for you who are confident in complex recruitment processes and accustomed to working in politically governed organizations.

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from requirement profile to signed contract.

In this role, you will:

• Drive the recruitment process for a vacant executive role in urban development and new construction

• Ensure quality assurance of requirement profiles and competency assessments

• Conduct searches, selections, and in-depth interviews

• Handle reference checks and background screenings

• Ensure a structured and professional candidate experience

• Support decision-makers in selection and hiring decisions

The role requires high integrity, business acumen, and experience in handling senior stakeholders.

• ✅ Documented experience in recruiting executive roles within the public sector

• ✅ Experience in recruitment for municipal housing companies

• ✅ Experience in independently driving complex recruitment assignments, with at least 7-10 years of experience

You are confident in dialogue with management and the board, work in a structured manner, and have the ability to quickly understand the needs of the organization.
