About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at The Place, you will work to ensure precise matches in staffing and recruitment. You will be responsible for the entire process – from requirement profile and search to presentation, follow-up, and placement.

You will work closely with our customer-responsible salespeople and consulting managers, as well as with your TA colleagues who also have a close collaboration. With a large portion of self-leadership, you drive the work forward and seek support and advice from the team when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment and staffing processes from start to finish

• Work consultatively with our clients and act as an advisor on competency issues

• Ensure a good candidate experience throughout the process

• Build and develop long-term customer relationships

We are looking for someone who:

• Has one or a couple of years of experience in staffing, TA, or recruitment

• Has a post-secondary education in HR

• Is used to managing parallel processes with high quality

• Has good business understanding and thrives in customer-facing roles

• Is confident in assessing candidates' competencies and in dialogue with decision-makers

• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

Meritorious:

• Experience with Teamtailor

• Previous experience in advisory and customer-facing roles

Employment
