About the position

As a Business Controller, you play a central role in driving and developing Sollentunahem's economic management close to the operations. You belong to the finance department and work operationally close to the business together with managers and colleagues at various levels in the organization. In this role, you contribute with analysis, structure, and forward-looking insights that strengthen both management and decision-making. The position is located in the Turebergshuset building at Turebergs Torg 1 in Sollentuna, and you report to the Finance Manager.

This is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed by Sollentunahem.

Your responsibilities

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up work.
• Analyze results, key figures, and deviations, and prepare clear decision support materials.
• Support managers and budget holders in economic analyses, prioritization, and follow-up.
• Contribute to closing processes, annual reports, liquidity planning, and property valuation.
• Develop reporting, key figures, BI support, and working methods within the finance function.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to more efficient and operationally close economic management.
• Prepare materials for management, owners, and the board.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who is analytical, business-minded, and confident in the controller role. You thrive working close to the operations, are accustomed to taking responsibility for the entire flow from analysis to decision support, and have a strong drive to develop both working methods and follow-up processes.

You have experience within the real estate industry, and it is of great importance that you have applied experience within the sector.

• Have post-secondary education in economics or equivalent experience assessed by the employer as equivalent.
• Have at least five years of experience in qualified financial work.
• Have worked with controlling.
• Have very good experience with budgeting, forecasting, follow-up, and analysis.
• Have the ability to translate complex economic information into clear and pedagogical decision support materials.
• Work in a structured and independent manner with high prioritization skills and delivery reliability.

Merits

• Experience with Visma Insikt, Visma Control, and Trimma/Insikt.
• Knowledge of the K3 accounting framework.
