About the assignment

Novare is a proud and approved supplier under the Swedish state framework agreement. We are now looking for an HR Generalist for a government agency in Stockholm.

As an HR consultant at the agency, you will work with selection, interviews, and personnel administration. You will also handle the agency's functional mailbox. Your role is broad, and you are expected to support your managers and colleagues where needed. The role is varied with a focus on administration and HR.

We are looking for someone who is curious and cooperative. You have good communication skills, can work independently, and take initiative.

Requirements for the position

• University degree, for example in Human Resources or equivalent, and at least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, upper secondary school or equivalent education plus five (5) years of work experience as an HR Generalist or similar.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.).
• Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.).
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations within the HR field.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious requirements

• Experience working in the public sector.

Assignment period and scope

The assignment is 80% with an immediate start upon agreement and lasts for approximately 4 months, with the possibility of extension. The location is at the agency in central Stockholm, with some remote work opportunities available.
