We are looking for more driven and engaged employees for our team and currently have a need for summer substitutes.

RYS is a job brokerage and training company that provides services to businesses and acts as a complementary partner to the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen).

The role involves matching and supporting individuals into employment or helping them find their path to work through education. We are looking for someone who enjoys working towards results and thrives on interacting with people through conversations and job matching.

Requirements: A three-year academic degree plus 2 years of work experience, OR a post-secondary education of at least 1 year plus 3 years of work experience within recruitment or labor market issues.
