We are currently looking for a German-speaking customer service representative to join our client's team in Solna. In this role, you will provide professional service to customers in the German-speaking market via phone, email, and chat.

You will become an important part of the operation and be responsible for ensuring a high level of service by assisting customers with questions, orders, and various inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Answer questions regarding products, services, and orders
• Assist customers with complaints and administrative matters
• Document customer inquiries in the company's system
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to ensure excellent service

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks and writes fluent German, Swedish, and English
• Has strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
• Is solution-focused, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Is proficient in computer usage
• Previous experience in customer service is an asset but not required
