We are now looking for you, a payroll consultant who wants to work with the entire payroll process in our fantastic payroll business area. Here you will meet a large, wonderful team of payroll consultants who work closely together, support and help each other, and have fun along the way. For those who wish, there is also the opportunity to take on a more system-oriented role over time and become a key person within Agda in our client assignments.

Responsibilities:

As a payroll consultant, you will work with the entire payroll process in several exciting client assignments of varying sizes across different industries. You will take on your own responsibility for your own client portfolio but also collaborate on joint assignments with your colleagues. For those who enjoy working closely with systems, there is also the opportunity to contribute to the development and adaptation of the payroll system Agda – for example, by setting up payroll types, making adjustments in the system, and improving workflows together with clients and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client responsibility and consultation towards our clients

• Ongoing payroll management

• Government reporting such as pensions and statistics

• Work in and further development of the payroll system Agda based on clients' needs

• Reports such as AGI, accounting, etc.

In the consulting role, it is important that you are qualitative, communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy social contacts. We also hope that you like to take your own initiatives and contribute to our continuous development together with you!

We see that you:

• Have 3-5 years of work experience in the entire payroll process

• Have worked with payroll for both employees and workers

• Have very good knowledge of payroll management in the Agda payroll system

• Good knowledge of settings and structure of the Agda payroll system

• Are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English in both speech and writing

It is an extra merit if you:

• Have previous experience as a payroll consultant within outsourcing

• Have worked with system efficiency improvements

• Have a YH education in payroll

• Have good knowledge of the Flex HRM system.
