About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 6 months with a good chance of extension.
The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. A consulting assignment is a good way to test different tasks, make contacts, and build a competitive CV.

Axfood is one of the largest players in the Nordic grocery retail market with stores such as Hemköp and Willys. The IT organization currently consists of about 200 employees distributed across development and delivery. Axfood is a company that is at the forefront of technology and constantly challenges itself to stay ahead in digitalization to have the most satisfied customers in the market.
Responsibilities
In the role of IT support at Axfood IT, you provide support to the company's stores, warehouses, and offices in a range of IT-related issues. This can involve everything from user and access issues to troubleshooting technical equipment, applications, and system support in both office and operational environments. You are an important part of ensuring that daily IT functions operate smoothly and efficiently for the entire organization. You are responsible for incoming cases, which primarily come in via phone and are then registered in the case management system. You support both employees and users in their IT environment, which means you will encounter a variety of cases related to, among other things, Office 365, Windows, Active Directory, and SAP.
At the beginning of your employment, you will receive a thorough introduction to systems and working methods.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
Completed upper secondary education, preferably with a technical/IT focus
Interest in IT
You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience working in a grocery store is an advantage
To fit into this role, we believe you have a good sense of service and are used to handling stressful situations in a calm and methodical manner. Furthermore, you are meticulous and have an eye for detail. In this role, you provide support both via phone and email, and you feel comfortable reaching out and communicating with new people. Additionally, you should enjoy working in a team and solving problems, both independently and in a group.
