Kallhäll Dental Center is looking for a patient scheduler who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is driven by results. The role is operational and primarily involves calling, following up, and scheduling patients – every day. You will be a key person in filling the appointment book and creating a stable patient flow.

About the role

This is a clear “doer” role with a focus on active scheduling. You will work closely with the clinic team to ensure that available times are booked, that patients receive the right time with the right practitioner, and that follow-up appointments/planned treatments actually take place.

Responsibilities

• Outgoing calls to patients/leads to schedule appointments (examinations, treatments, follow-ups)
• Quick and professional follow-up on incoming inquiries (phone, SMS, email)
• Reactivation of previous patients and “lost” bookings
• Work with booking lists, reminders, rescheduling, and optimizing the appointment book
• Simple marketing efforts related to scheduling (campaign lists, SMS dispatches, follow-up flows)
• Reporting of activity and results (e.g., number of calls, bookings, show rate)

Requirements (must have)

• Documented experience in patient scheduling/active booking (healthcare/dental care or similar)
• Used to working results-driven with the phone as the primary tool
• Good Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Good structure, high attendance, and ability to maintain pace with quality

Meritorious

• Experience with dental systems/CRM and appointment planning
• Experience in call center/inside sales/telephony with clear KPIs
• Additional languages (e.g., Polish/English)
