Facts about the position:
- The product we sell is Dagens Industris Chefsnätverk, Di Close. It is professional development for managers. The product is established, but the market is untapped. Sales are B2B over the phone. The unique aspect of the product is that we sell it to managers within companies, but it is the companies that ultimately pay. This means we can sell a lot to companies where we already have customers, which for you means many warm/lukewarm leads.
- New customer sales, no account management. Sell, hand over the customer, repeat. You also do not need to prospect; we have ready-made lists of potential customers.
- The memberships we sell range from 40,000 to 200,000 SEK. The average order is 50,000 SEK. Your commission is 20%. A guaranteed salary can be discussed. I am open to both employment and consulting arrangements, whatever allows you to perform your best.
- On-site in Stockholm, hybrid or remote. I do not care. It is results that count. If you prefer sales tempo, you can shadow me on-site. I am still selling personally at full speed, which means you have access to knowledge and effective sales of this product. You will see in real-time what is possible.
- You have access to me and my 7 years and 15,000 calls of experience selling the product. You are welcome to sit in when I have my sales meetings. The important thing is that you are self-driven, do not ask thoughtless and careless questions, but respect that I take sales time very seriously and only coach those who deserve it. 10% is coaching from me, 90% is your effort.
- There is no honor in doing work just for the sake of work. As you become efficient in sales, you will be offered appointment setters and a virtual assistant to manage your calendar, to free up even more time for you to sell.
- Free breakfast is served at the office every morning, and we sometimes work abroad.
