We are looking for an Operational IT Contract Controller for a long-term assignment where you will have a central role in the IT department's staff unit. You will work closely with several internal units and support buyers in everything related to contracts, suppliers, and license management.

This is a role for you who is structured, analytical, and enjoys creating order in complex contractual environments – while having a confident and service-oriented communication style.

About the role

As an Operational IT Contract Controller, you will, among other things:

• Monitor IT contracts and ensure compliance
• Support buyers in their supplier management responsibilities
• Follow up on license usage and suggest improvements/efficiencies
• Contribute with decision-making material when introducing new products
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Assist in work related to procurements and contract-related processes

Requirements (must be met)

• At least 4 years of current work experience in working with IT contracts
• At least 2 years of current work experience in ensuring compliance with IT contracts
• Experience in procurement work
• Experience in license management
• Experience in collaborating with suppliers

Assignment information

• Location: Sundbyberg (on-site)
• Start date: 2025-04-01 (tentative)
• End date: 2027-09-30
• Scope: 100% (40 hours/week)
