About the role of Customer Development Manager
As a Customer Development Manager, you will be part of a team of 11 experienced colleagues and play a key role in developing and strengthening the relationship with the company's existing customers. In this role, you will have strategic and commercial overall responsibility for your own customer portfolio. You will act as an advisor and business partner to senior decision-makers at property companies, helping them maximize the value of AktivBo's digital analysis platform.
The role entails a high degree of autonomy and expects you to independently prioritize, drive, and develop your business with a clear focus on results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and strengthening customer relationships through ongoing dialogue and consultative advice.
- Identifying growth opportunities within your customer portfolio by offering new solutions, upgrades, or additional services that can create added value for your customers
- Through workshops and presentations, helping your customers interpret results from surveys and assisting them in setting up structures for improvement work
- Acting as an internal requirement setter and strategic voice for the customer in dialogue with product, development, and marketing to continuously improve and develop AktivBo's offerings.
About you
We are looking for someone with a proven ability to drive complex customer dialogues and create business value in consultative roles. You are analytically sharp, business-oriented, and comfortable in dialogue with senior decision-makers.
You combine strategic insight with operational execution and thrive in an environment where pace, quality, and business results are central. You have a natural ability to take on a leadership role both externally and internally.
Important for the position is:
- A university degree in areas such as economics, business development, or another relevant field
- Very strong experience in customer-facing and strategic work, such as project management or business development
- You are a highly trustworthy relationship builder motivated by satisfied customers and genuine value creation
- Previous experience with personnel responsibility or as a Team Lead is considered a strong merit
- Fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form; additional knowledge of German is seen as a strong merit
- Previous experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments is considered a merit
