Then the position of Inside Sales Representative at Bohlin & Nilsson is perfect for you!
As an Inside Sales Representative at Bohlin & Nilsson, you hold one of the company's most important positions. Here, you have the opportunity to nurture and develop Bohlin & Nilsson's dormant customers, with the goal of ensuring that as many as possible choose to purchase tools, machines, and other supplies from Bohlin & Nilsson. Your customers are primarily companies in the electrical industry, but also other craftsmen, industries, municipalities, etc.
Your responsibilities primarily include:
- Converting Bohlin & Nilsson's dormant customers into active buyers over the phone.
- Building trustful and advisory relationships with customers.
- Working with new customer acquisition, existing customer base, and upselling.
- Independent work with support from competent and driven colleagues.
- Working towards clear KPIs and set goals.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who loves to work towards clearly defined sales goals and is accustomed to using the phone as your primary working tool. You possess a high drive and love the thrill of making deals. Furthermore, we believe you thrive in an entrepreneurial company that offers a lot of freedom under responsibility.
We are looking for someone who fits the following criteria:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Structured and goal-oriented work style.
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work persistently.
- Networking, interest, and/or experience in the industry is a plus.
For this position, great importance will be placed on your personal qualities. We value your characteristics highly and would like to see that you have a background in sports or community activities. Working hours: Monday-Friday, office hours.

Company Presentation
The company Bohlin & Nilsson has a very long history, nearly 100 years of continuous operation. The company was founded in 1948 as a trading partnership by the two colleagues Lars-Ivar Bohlin and Uno Nilsson and initially operated alongside their regular jobs.
Initially, the main product was rotating files that dominated sales. Over the years, their own innovations were introduced, such as the “Alex Aluminium Plug,” a smart design of a plug that replaced the wooden plugs of the time, which became a real bestseller. In addition, facade lifts, polishing equipment, expansion bolts, wood & machine screws, and various hand tools were marketed.
As Tommy and Peter decided to scale down, the company was sold to a new ownership constellation in the summer of 2023. With new engaged owners, Bohlin & Nilsson will continue to develop and remain a strong supplier.
Bohlin & Nilsson's focus has primarily been the sale of tools, machines, and supplies mainly to the electrical industry, but also to other craftsmen, industries, municipalities, etc.
