Are you an experienced public procurement officer with strong expertise in construction procurement and construction law? Do you want to work in a central role where you drive complex procurements that contribute to the development of essential infrastructure and services? Then this could be the assignment for you. We are now looking for a senior procurement officer who can independently lead and execute procurements, with a particular focus on service and construction procurements according to AB/ABT as well as procurements within the supply sectors and the public sector.

About the assignment In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing the entire procurement process – from needs analysis and market dialogue to award and handover of contracts. You will work closely with project managers, technical specialists, and business representatives to ensure that the procurements are designed in a businesslike, legally secure manner and in line with the organization's goals.

You will work with complex procurements where your ability to combine business acumen, legal understanding, and structured working methods is crucial.

Examples of tasks

• Independently lead and execute procurements according to LUF and LOU

• Be responsible for construction procurements according to AB, ABT, and ABK as well as AMA AF

• Prepare tender documents, administrative regulations, specifications, and contracts

• Conduct market analyses, risk assessments, and supplier dialogues

• Lead qualification, evaluation, and negotiation with suppliers

• Ensure that procurements are conducted in accordance with legislation and internal guidelines

• Prepare decision-making documents and contribute to business strategies

• Collaborate with project managers and internal stakeholders throughout the procurement process

• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and contract handover

Mandatory:

• At least 5 years of experience as a public procurement officer

• Experience with at least 2 construction procurements

• Post-secondary education in purchasing/procurement, law, economics, or equivalent

Desirable:

• Experience with at least 4 construction procurements

Scope and placement Start: March 30, 2026 End: April 2, 2027, with the possibility of extension Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week Placement: Combination of remote work and on-site work in Stockholm, as agreed
