Partille Municipality is now looking for a coordinator for Needs Recruitment.
The position is located at the municipal office in Partille and is a needs-based employment that averages 1-2 working days per week, with variation based on the needs of the organization.
This is a new area for us – we are now developing needs recruitment within the municipality's Staffing Unit, making this an exciting assignment with great opportunities to influence and improve processes. As a coordinator, you will work closely with the regular coordinator for needs recruitment and staffing planners in the Staffing Unit team. The work encompasses the entire recruitment process as well as related administration.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs recruitment and work with the entire recruitment process, from selection to job offer and presentation to the organization.
- Coordinate and administer cases related to needs recruitment
- Handle administration related to needs-based employment
- Work in a structured manner and quality assure processes in collaboration with the team
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with ongoing education in human resources or another qualification that the employer deems equivalent. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good administrative skills. The position requires you to be present at the municipal office in Partille.
We consider it an advantage if you have experience in recruitment, staffing, and/or HR administration. Previous experience from municipal or public service is also advantageous, as well as good system proficiency with experience from relevant systems for the position.

Your new workplace
The Staffing Unit, which is organizationally part of the HR department, is part of the municipal executive administration and is located at the municipal office in Partille. The unit is a central function that assists departments within the education administration and care administration with staffing short-term absences that arise and recruiting needs-based employees for the departments that request it.
