In this role, you will work closely with managers and operations, providing both operational and advisory HR support. The assignment suits you who thrive in a broad HR role, are used to working independently, and have a good understanding of regulated organizations.

• Ongoing personnel administration and employment matters
• Interpretation and application of laws, regulations, and procedures within HR and occupational health
• Management of rehabilitation cases
• Independently conducting the entire recruitment process
• Support in competency supply issues
• Advising and supporting managers in development and salary discussions
• Participation in the development, reassignment, and downsizing of staff

• Relevant higher education, such as a degree in human resources
• At least 3 years of experience in similar HR work and recruitment within government operations
• Experience working according to the Public Employment Act (LOA)
• Good knowledge of labor law and other laws within the HR field
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, or equivalent)
• Experience with recruitment tools, such as ReachMee
• Knowledge of and experience with psychological tests
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good English

We are looking for someone who works independently, is structured, and has good collaboration skills. You are secure in your HR role, have a professional approach, and enjoy providing qualified support in an organization with regulations.

• Location: Gothenburg
• The assignment is a consulting assignment for 10 months, where you will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup and work as a consultant at the client.
