VAMO VARUMÄRKESOMBUDET AB has experienced steady growth and we need to strengthen our team with an additional lawyer. Today, we are a team of five lawyers and are now looking for our next colleague.

What primarily distinguishes VAMO VARUMÄRKESOMBUDET according to the team is that we work as a team and help each other. You will join a flat organization with sound values regarding work and private life. The tasks are varied, which means that we work simultaneously on several cases during a day. This requires both problem-solving skills and structure. Here, we work together with a focus on the client's best interests while maintaining high quality and efficiency. Our office is located in central Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

As a lawyer, your responsibilities will include client advisory, strategic work, overall responsibility for client portfolios, and assistance in negotiations regarding coexistence, administrative objection processes, and similar matters. This also includes reporting, documentation, and handling the firm's various cases, which includes managing correspondence from authorities and reporting these to the firm's clients.

We have a good inflow of new and returning clients, and as a lawyer, you are expected to be involved in the firm's continued development. As a lawyer, you will also continuously follow up on sales and make sales calls.

You will receive internal training at the beginning of your employment and thereafter you will work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. To succeed in this role, great attention to detail is required to maintain the high quality that VAMO VARUMÄRKESOMBUDET stands for. Who we are looking for

For this position, we are looking for a newly graduated lawyer who wants to work with intellectual property law, primarily with trademarks and designs. Since the position largely involves client contact, we would like you to have previous experience in customer service or sales, and of course, you should be service-oriented as a person. The work also requires good knowledge of both Swedish and English, especially in writing, as documentation is done in these languages.

As we have many cases ongoing simultaneously, which often leads to a high work pace, it is required that you are structured and stable in your working methods. It is an advantage if you have taken advanced courses in intellectual property law.

VAMO VARUMÄRKESOMBUDET is a smaller business law firm that specializes in intellectual property law and is one of the country's leading representatives in trademark registrations. We primarily work with the registration of trademarks, but also design protection and other related business areas are included in our ongoing operations. The focus is on providing expertise in the field of intellectual property law, mainly to our own clients but also as a subcontractor to other firms.
