Executive Assistant / Business Support at Svenska Foder

Do you want to work closely with the management of a company with a strong societal mission and business focus?

In the role of Executive Assistant / Business Support, you will provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO and be an important resource for our sales organization. You will work closely with the operations, have good insight into business and processes, and contribute to creating structure, efficiency, and quality in everyday work.

The role is broad and varied, with both operational and coordinating tasks, and is suitable for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities may change. The role also includes responsibility for supporting the organization in compliance and GDPR-related matters, as well as close collaboration with our parent company DLG.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant, Business Support, CEO Assistant, or similar role
  • Good administrative skills and high accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Very good system skills and experience with Office 365
