At the unit in Gothenburg, there are currently about 20 payroll consultants. In your role, you will work with payroll administration and handling inquiries from clients, responding to cases from employees and managers regarding laws, agreements, and regulations. Our working method is team-based and requires that you enjoy working in a group towards common goals.

You will be in contact with managers, employees, and personnel functions at client authorities as well as other authorities and external parties. For example, you will handle around 500-1000 salaries per month for several different authorities.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A vocational degree as a payroll specialist or at least two years of work experience in the payroll field where payroll processing has been the main task.

Furthermore, you should have the following abilities:

• To create structure in your work
• To ensure quality and delivery
• To communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• To provide good service
• To engage and drive work forward
• To independently take responsibility for your tasks
• To have the ability to collaborate and contribute positively to the work group's climate

Additionally, it is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in payroll administration within public administration
• Worked with the payroll system Primula
• Experience and application of laws and agreements within the payroll area

Other

The position is 100% and a temporary contract for about a year. Start date by agreement. The position is located in Gothenburg. This employment requires a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act. As an employee, you may also be placed in a military position based on the needs of total defense.
