We are currently looking for temporary receptionists for our staffing pool in Gothenburg. The position as a receptionist is a fun job that provides you with valuable experience, knowledge, and new contacts.

You will be employed by Prowork and become our valuable consultant for our clients in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. This is a temporary position with working hours scheduled between 07:30-17:30, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities include: 
Welcoming visitors

Managing access cards

Ordering deliveries

Handling mail and shipments

Administrative tasks

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has another primary occupation such as studies or part-time work. Furthermore, we expect you to have a completed high school education and experience in service, preferably in a reception role. You should be fluent in both spoken and written English, as many of our clients are international. A positive morning attitude and flexibility are essential as tasks may vary between our clients. You should be proactive and possess an exceptional sense of service. We also appreciate a friendly and cooperative personality, as you will always be the face of our company to our clients. For us, a long-term collaboration is a given!

This position is temporary, and we apply a probationary period.
