Part-time Lease Administrator/Contract and Revenue Economist at Higab Gothenburg
We are now looking for a part-time lease administrator/contract and revenue economist for Higab Gothenburg! The position is a consultancy assignment at 40% (16 hours/week) starting April 1, 2026, and extending until November 30, 2026. Work will take place on-site from Higab's premises in Gårda. The assignment can, if necessary, especially during the first three months, be extended to 50% and prolonged until Q1 2027.
In connection with the implementation of a new property system in 2026, the regular resource needs to focus on the system implementation. To ensure continuity in daily operations, a temporary consultancy assignment is therefore established. The assignment involves taking over and being responsible for the operational work within lease administration and contract management during the transition period.
Your main tasks
As a Lease Administrator / Contract and Revenue Economist, you will work closely with the Management Controller. The assignment means that you take over and are responsible for the daily operational work during the period when the Management Controller needs to focus on the implementation of a new property system.
Your role is to ensure continuity, quality, and stability in lease administration and contract management during the system change.
You will be responsible for:
- Ongoing management of lease agreements and lease supplements.
- Registration, quality assurance, and approval marking of contracts in Unit4 PM.
- Notification and management of contract-related changes.
- Support to managers in contract matters.
- Monthly vacancy reporting, rental reports.
- Support to finance regarding notifications, settlements, and reporting materials.
- Preparation of materials for the annual accounts.
Who are you?
We are looking for a person who is self-driven, proactive, and works methodically and structured. You are used to quickly getting into new organizations and workflows and take clear personal responsibility for your deliveries. Since the assignment involves control, follow-up, and quality assurance of lease agreements, you are meticulous, analytical, and have good problem-solving skills. You work independently but also find it easy to collaborate and build trusting relationships with various functions within the organization. You act professionally, confidently, and adapt your working methods according to the situation and needs. Furthermore, we see that you have a commitment to your work area and the ability to translate this into effective and quality-assured work.
We see that you meet the following requirements:
- At least three years of experience in lease administration.
- Experience from the real estate industry.
- Advanced and documented experience of working in Unit4 PM.
- Good knowledge of lease law and property economics.
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
Experience of system changes or implementation of a new property system and experience from public operations or municipal companies is meritorious but not a requirement.

The assignment also includes caring for and developing the city's culturally and historically valuable buildings. The operations should be responsive to the values that characterize Gothenburg.
