Do you want to help create a vibrant cultural life for our residents? We are now looking for a cultural coordinator responsible for public events in our municipality.

Responsibilities

As a cultural coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• planning, executing, and following up on cultural activities, projects, and events
• coordinating and collaborating with associations, study associations, cultural practitioners, and other stakeholders
• working with participation, accessibility, and target group adaptation
• leading cultural projects including administration, budgeting, and follow-up
• contributing to the development of cultural activities

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• post-secondary education in culture, arts, social sciences, or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• experience working with cultural activities, cultural projects, or events
• good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• experience working independently and in collaboration with others

Meritorious

• experience working in public sector
• experience in project management
• experience working with children and youth or other specific target groups

Conditions

The position is a 100% fixed-term employment, with the possibility of extension. Evening and weekend work may occur. A driver's license is required.
