Experienced Payroll Consultant Needed for Six-Month Assignment

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced payroll consultant for a six-month full-time assignment starting as soon as possible. Our client has a pleasant office in Lindholmen and offers the possibility of remote work a few days a week. You will be part of a wonderful team and will provide support during an intensive period.

About the Position

You will be the fourth person in the payroll team. Everyone works independently with their approximately 500 payrolls, but there is an open and solution-oriented collaboration where team members support each other, share experiences, and contribute to a positive work environment. You will play an important role during an intensive period in the spring, where you will manage payrolls independently and assist with various tasks in the department. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the entire payroll process, from collecting data to payment
• Control and quality assurance of payroll data
• Registration of new employees and terminations in the payroll system
• Handling of absence, vacation, sick leave, and other deviations
• Reporting to authorities
• Support for managers and employees in payroll matters
• Ongoing improvement of processes and routines

Suitable Background

To succeed in this role, we see that you have at least a couple of years of experience working independently with the entire payroll process. You have a good understanding of laws and regulations in the payroll area and have likely managed a larger number of payrolls on a monthly basis before. You need to be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and it is an advantage if you have worked in Agda.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and self-driven. You enjoy working in a structured manner, have good communication skills, and possess a natural service mindset in what you do.
