About Framtidscentrum

We cater to young adults aged 16–29 and offer coaching support where the individual is at the center. Our team consists of dedicated job coaches, activity pedagogues, social administrators, and coordinators – together we work to motivate, guide, and match young people to education or work. With us, individuals receive personalized support through the methods of Supported Employment and Individual Placement and Support. We believe in every individual's ability and are convinced that there is a place for everyone!

About the position

As a job coach, you will coach young people and young adults towards work or studies. Based on our evidence-based methods, you will conduct individual conversations, assessments, and create action plans. You will work proactively and be active in collaboration with employers, educational providers, and other stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who

Has an educational background as a behavioral scientist, social worker, or other equivalent education. You should have experience working in the labor market area, and we would like you to have experience working with the methods of Supported Employment, Individual Placement and Support, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). You need to be responsive, motivating, creative, solution-focused, and have a pedagogical approach. You should be confident in creating good and sustainable relationships with various employers and driven by seeing results. It is an advantage if you have experience working with young people and also have good knowledge of NPF or mental health issues.
