Main Responsibilities:

Order reception for businesses and the private market
Responsible for material guidance to individuals and managing material sales
Follow-up on completed orders with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency
Work with phone, email, and chat from internal and external parties
Collaborate with other departments in the customer center to develop the customer journey

Requirements

Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement for the role.
The position is open until September 2026
