About the Role

We are looking for a team member who wants to contribute to a safe, professional, and developing customer experience.

The role combines operational customer service with a specific responsibility to follow up and activate customers who need more guidance in using Assist. Initially, the distribution will be 80 percent customer consulting work and 20 percent work within Customer Retention. This distribution may change in the future.

About Avonova and Assist

Avonova is a leading player in occupational health. Assist is our service that enables small and medium-sized enterprises to consolidate their systematic work environment efforts and HR processes in one place, with digital tools that simplify and streamline daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Guide customers on matters related to contracts, invoices, and service content.
• Document cases and customer contacts in HubSpot.
• Follow up with customers with low activity and ensure they receive relevant information.
• Support customers in progressing with the use of Assist.
• Contribute to reducing churn through structured and proactive follow-up.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and confidence in handling customer dialogues.
• Ability to work in a structured manner and at a fast pace.
• Technical proficiency and interest in digital tools.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.
